I'm a researcher who builds. Five-plus years leading UX research on 0-to-1 AI products at Meta and Instagram — the kind of work where the problem is undefined and user mental models don't exist yet. Along the way I conceived and shipped Insights Agent, a multi-agent pipeline that runs qualitative analysis end to end. Now I help research teams do the same: put AI inside the work, not bolted on.
